Registration and Orders
No. Registration on ayefresh is absolutely free.
You can register by clicking on the “My Account” link at the top right corner of the any page. Please provide the email id in the registration form that appears. Once your submit your email id you will be directed to the “My Account” page where you can edit and enter all your details
You can surf and add products to the cart without registration and you can do guest checkout at our site. It is not not necessary to register at Ayefresh to shop our products.
We have next day delivery system. If you order before the cutoff time for today. You will get the product delivered the next day.
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top left hand corner and go to the “edit” in the billing address section to change your delivery address.
Currently there is no minimum order amount and the delivery is free.
Currently we don’t have same day delivery. You will be notified if we change this in future.
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification of order.
You can send request to cancel an order before the cut off time of your slot from the My Account page or by contacting our customer support team. Cancel request after the cut-off time will not be valid.

If you have paid online, we can do the contactless delivery. You can mention in the order comments when you place the order.
Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note, we will only change the time slot to a upcoming slot, not backwards.
We don’t charge for delivery. Delivery is completely free.
